1. Access your voucher
2. Press on the voucher number to copy
3. Launch Qoo10 app.
4. Click "My Qoo10" which can be found on the menu.
5. Under Q-account, select "Gift Card".
Note: On the "Gift Card" page under "Top-up a Gift Card received" for website or "Redeem a received Gift Card" for app.
6. Enter your Serial Number and Verification Number as shown on your voucher.
7. Tap on the "Top-up" button to redeem your Gift Card.
Once done, your Gift Card is redeemed and saved in your account under "My Gift Card" or "Q-Money" which you can use later upon checkout.
