Most of the errors occur during the execution (i.e. scanning of vouchers, size and clarity of barcode in email/URL etc. how the voucher is reflected in the phone, privacy screen protectors etc.) and we are unable to control most of the abovementioned factors.

However, you may try following suggestions.

- Zoom in

- Switch to landscape mode

- Turn on to the maximum brightness

Please note that the voucher is best viewed with white backgrounds on both IOS and android phones.

If your voucher appears on a black background instead of white, kindly switch off the dark mode settings on your phone's internet browser for optimal viewing.
