You will only have to create a stack account (just portal account and not linked to bank account) with them under a valid local mobile number and the vouchers you purchase will be sent straight to you via SMS. You may then forward these SMS(es) to your intended recipients or copy the URL link and send them a customised message via any communication platform you prefer.
