kindly ensure that your device's operating system is up to date as the voucher's scanning function is only compatible with the following operating systems:
Android 11 and above
iOS 13 and above
You may update your device's operating system if you have not done so.
If you are unable to update your device’s operating system, you may write to info@uniqgift.com to exchange your voucher.
