Please notify our us within 5 business days from receipt of delivery. The supplier will provide you more information on how to return us the product.


Once the supplier receives the defective product, the replacement of the original product requested is subject to availability. If the product is no longer available, the order will be cancelled, you will be notified and full credit of points will be issued back into your account.


The cost of shipping the replacement order will be paid by the supplier.
