1. Access your voucher
2. Copy the voucher number
3. Log In to your Charles and Keith online account (To create a Charles and Keith account, please visit https://www.charleskeith.com/sg/create-account)
4. Key in the code on the 'Gift Card' page under 'My Account' to redeem a gift card.
